Done Spam subforum

i suggest that we should add a ''spam'' subforum, and one for old/archived threads, as well as one for ''off-topic discussions''/chit-chat.
(we could also add one for future LL collabs and brainstorming for ideas, but i leave that up to you).

because spam forums are great fun for people who want to just post harmless memes, random jokes and to have fun in general.
trust me, every good+active forum has at least 1 subforum for ''spam'' threads.

tl;tr= spam subforums host funny threads and they are a fun place for people to relax
